Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist
Ready to turn your love for social media into an actual career? We're looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team - someone who's curious, driven, and genuinely excited about the creator economy. Some experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters more.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diving into influencer campaigns and helping top brands show up in the digital world the right way
- Reaching out to influencers, matching them with the right campaigns and supporting them along the way
- Building and maintaining real relationships with creators in your region
- Running campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat
- Putting together reports and strategic recommendations for our clients
- Staying on top of trends, tracking campaign performance and keeping everything organised behind the scenes
What We're Looking For:
- Some office or admin experience - you know how professional environments work
- Comfortable working with Google Spreadsheets (formulas, organising data, keeping things tidy)
- Genuinely into social media and the influencer space - you follow trends, not just scroll
- Fluent English (B2/C1) and native Polish
- Self-motivated, well-organized and able to handle a few things at once without dropping the ball
- Good communicator - you can write a professional email and a friendly DM with equal ease
